The rates are theirs
Every price Snap-a-Quote gives you comes from Billy Moves' own rates. The tool doesn't set them and nothing is added on top.
The price is time. Labour hours plus the drive, four hour minimum, truck and two movers included. No call-out fee, no charge for stairs, and lunch breaks aren't billed. More on how the price works.

Once you have an estimate, Billy rings you. He checks the list against what you've actually got, asks about the things photos can't show, and settles the real price with you on that call. If something was missed, it gets picked up there rather than on moving day.

Where Snap-a-Quote fits
Snap-a-Quote is a separate business. Brian Osborne built it and owns it, and Billy Moves use it under licence to give their customers a faster way in.
Billy is Brian's son. That's how the tool ended up being tested on a working removals crew rather than in a boardroom, and it's why the rates in it are real rates for a real truck.
Billy and Paoa do the moving. They didn't build the software and they don't need to.
